Dr. Archana M. Kinagi is a Professor and Chairperson of the MBA Department (Exclusively for Women) at Sharnbasva University, Kalaburagi. She has over 14 years of teaching experience along with one year of corporate exposure. She holds a Ph.D., MBA in HR, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VTU, Belagavi, and has qualified the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET).She has published and presented numerous research papers in national and international journals and conferences and has guided more than 60 MBA projects. She has also contributed to intellectual property with three published patents and one granted patent. She has authored 03 books and serves as a reviewer for the IJRISS Journal. She has received four NPTEL STAR certifications and is a professional member of SIRFE. She is also appointed as an Independent Assessor/Resource Person/Subject Expert for the period November 2025 to November 2030.
