Dr. Rashmi Gupta is serving as a Professor in the Department of G.P.E.M, G.D. Govt. College for Women, Alwar, Rajasthan. She is an alumnus of Banasthali Vidyapeeth and a Gold Medalist. She has published many research articles in International Journals and authored many books. Her area of interest lies in Textile Designing, Fashion Designing and Socio Psychological aspect of clothing. She has been awarded with Outstanding Educator Award in 2017 by Green ThinkerZ.Her center of interest lies in Textile Designing, Fashion Designing and Socio Psychological aspect of clothing. She is presently convener of Board of Studies Home science in RRBM university, Alwar . She was earlier a member of board of studies of G.P.E.M and Textile Craft in University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She has been awarded with Prestigious Outstanding Educator Award in 2017. She has been delivering Guest Lectures in various institutions along with published articles in National and International Journals. She has published five books on fashion, marketing and psychological aspects of women and children.
