Dr. Rashmi Gupta Professor in Garment Production and Export Management is working in G.D. Govt. College for Women, Alwar. Dr. Rashmi Gupta has completed her graduation in Home Science from Maharani College, Jaipur and post-graduation from Banasthali Vidyapeeth in 1989 with Gold Medal and Ph.D from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur .
Her center of interest lies in Textile Designing, Fashion Designing and Socio Psychological aspect of clothing. She is presently convener of Board of Studies Home science in RRBM university, Alwar . She was earlier a member of board of studies of G.P.E.M and Textile Craft in University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She has been awarded with Prestigious Outstanding Educator Award in 2017. She has been delivering Guest Lectures in various institutions along with published articles in National and International Journals. She has published five books on fashion, marketing and psychological aspects of women and children.
