Mrs. Arati Biradar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of MBA at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Bidar, Karnataka. She holds an MBA degree from VTU, Belagavi, and has over 18 years of teaching experience in management education. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Economics for Managers, Service Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Sales and Retail Management, International HRM, Compensation and Reward Systems, and Technology and Operations Systems. She has published more than 16 research papers in reputed national and international journals and has actively participated in over 14 workshops, FDPs, and webinars at national and international levels. She has contributed a book chapter and authored a book.
