The author studied literature and used to write articles, stories in Bengali for little magazines in his youth. He worked in a bank for three decades and had the opportunity to observe many promising entrepreneurs who grew up in most ordinary families. But what they had in common was courage, vision and tenacity to go forward. They achieved success by pursuing their dreams with diligence and determination. It is they who were great inspiration for the author to write about people. He is now settled in Kolkata and engaged in writing novels, memoirs and travelogues in Bengali.
