Dr. Tissaa Tony. C is a convent educated professional with a passion for excellence. Her skills-sets include mastery of communication, conscious, logical, and critical thinking. She is a nature lover and avid reader who relates life and learning. She has pursued Doctoral research at Government Arts College, Coimbatore (Autonomous) affiliated to Bharathiar University. Her research publications have been primarily in the areas of Indian writing in English, Biblical studies and Emotional Intelligence. She has published 15 papers in International /National Journals and presented 22 papers in National/ International Conferences. She has published a book entitled “A Treatise on Emotions and Emotional Intelligence.” Organized several National and International Conferences and offered lectures on Emotional Intelligence. She has conducted numerous lectures and workshops on topics including emotional intelligence, workplace communication, communication skills, and presentation skills. Her interest in voice-over projects and podcasts aligns seamlessly with the objectives of this manual. Notably, she has successfully completed a project aimed at enhancing the Emotional Intelligence of engineering students.
