I read “Brick OFF the Wall – Journey of a displaced piece…’’. The author related his journeys with his personal and professional lives… good anecdotes…as he mentioned, the journeys introduce many people, of those some may become friends…the way he connected the rummy game with the life i.e. Knowing when to step away and Adaptation through probability are worth to remember and follow.
Through this 52-page memoir (?!), the reader can get a sense about his life journey too… as a kid, engineering grad, travel to Dubai, UK and US on work and crisis in the middle w.r.t to his own business etc. In one of the travels, got a call from his bro regarding his wife’s health at home town…the fellow passengers shared his anxiety and emotions and offered words of comfort to him.
`Namma Ajay’ is really heart-wrenching…. True love and affection, caste, creed or colour doesn’t matter let us empathy with others and help each other as long as we live on the borrowed land from our children.
We all are tourists & God is our travel agent, let us enjoy our journey and help each other. A good read. Keep writing Bino aka Appu.
