Dr. Prashant Khande is a Business and Management Consultant, Entrepreneur, Mentor, and Social Activist with over 22 years of techno-commercial experience across entrepreneurship development, operations, sales, marketing, and business management. He specialises in business and management, strategy development, entrepreneurship, business development, business advisory, performance management and corporate social responsibility.
He is currently the CEO of C100R Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Software Technology Parks of India Next under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for the FASAL Centre of Entrepreneurship. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in strengthening the startup ecosystem, mentoring and supporting over 50+ technology startups across India.
Dr. Khande has worked with reputed organisations, including Reliance Communications, Redington India, Bartronics India, and Kores India, gaining experience across private, public, and government sectors.
He regularly conducts workshops, seminars, and training programs on entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship for educational institutions, corporates, and professional communities across India.
Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunication), an MBA in Marketing, an LLB, a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Pune. He has also completed an MA in Political Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Development, along with executive training from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He is a Certified Business Consultant and holds a PhD with research focused on Corporate Social Responsibility in the IT industry.
Dr. Khande has authored multiple national and international research papers on startup ecosystems, incubation in Tier-3 cities, marketing, branding, technologies and CSR. He has also published four books on entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and youth development.
He is actively involved in initiatives promoting entrepreneurship, education, skill development, youth empowerment, and women’s empowerment, contributing significantly through NGOs and community development programs.
