Description
Located in the midst of the bustling environment of a joint family house, the poignant novel is about Ruhi who finds herself amidst the cacophony of voices of tradition, culture, and familial pressure but feels extremely lonely within all of that. On the other side of a closed door, Ruhi engages in a silent yet strenuous battle against her own self, her doubts, fears and the nagging voice that tells her that she is not good enough. Not providing a sudden miraculous solution, the novel provides a very realistic approach to the process of discovering one’s own self through compassion.
