The Intersection of Intellectual Property Law and Emerging Technologies

Dr. Nisha Parekh is working as an associate professor at R.N. Patel Ipcowala School of Law & Justice, The Charutar Vidya Mandal (CVM) University. Dr. Parekh possesses 12 years long experience in a field of Legal Education. She had started her career as faculty of Mercantile Law from Rofel Arts and commerce, Vapi and Served as an In-charge Principal at Haveli Institute of Law and Justice, Affiliated to University of Mumbai. She has done her B.Com., LL.B. and LL.M. from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. She has the distinction of qualifying UGC NET and GSET together in year 2018. Dr. Parekh awarded with her Ph.D. Degree from United World School of Law, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar. She is prolific author & researcher with over 20 articles in Scopus & UGC care listed as well as peer reviewed journals of National and international repute with two books on Political Science and UK Patent. In year 2021 she was awarded with “Gargi Research Fellowship” by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University.
