Dr. C.S. Jayanthi Prasad is an Associate Professor in Business Management at Jaya Prakash Narayan College of Engineering. Rajesh Kumar Nair is a Senior Faculty of Marketing at Sies School of Business Studies. He has rich experience in Sales and Marketing in the Corporate sector working with companies like Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Sterling Holiday Resorts, Venky’s ( India) Ltd, and Usha International Ltd. He has presented papers at National and International conferences and published papers in the UGC care journal. His areas of interest are Business Marketing, Sales Management, Marketing Strategy, Retail Management, Sports Marketing, Marketing Management. Besides working in the Corporate Sector, he has rich experience in Academics for nearly two decades.ng, Mahabubnagar. Having rich experience in academics published & presented various papers at both National and International conferences and secured a good ranking in Research Gate with good citations for the published papers and is also a reviewer for various journals, edited several books, and also Editor-in-Chief for various Journals and he is Linguistic person.
