The novel contains the different social and family problems of the family of an aged character ‘Jawahar’. The main character of the fiction is Kanwal (Male) and Jiva (Female).
After the death of Jawahar, how the sons ruined themselves and their own families by doing female exploitation, Excess debt, Drug Addiction, Greed, Depreciation of social and family values, relations, Poverty, Casteism, Unwholesome, Prostitution, Alcoholism, Dowry, roughly unlawful, dishonesty, momentary anger and the Corruption in the society.
The role of innocent Suman is appreciable. The mistakes of parents for their children who become drug addicted during schooling.
The aim is to express & aware the readers about the bad effects and adverse results of the above problems. How one can learn the excellent life skills to lead a healthy life by avoiding such factors. It is an inspiration and motivation for the readers so that not to involve themselves in the above problems and to save the families and members of the society, before they ruin themselves.
