Don’t Ask Me Please

To write a book was in my mind for a long time. This is not my first one. My first one which is still going through the process of writing and rewriting is NLP Blue print to success. As I started writing I realized that I need to have clarity in my thoughts, penning it in a simple form, making it readable. I started to write my spontaneous thoughts as posts and articles in my LinkedIn page. This is how I sharpened my saw. This book has all my thoughts, emotions, feelings, reflections that I have experienced for a period of four years. Every chapter is not more than one page, few are more than one page. The topics have wide range from meditation, NLP, Coaching, Life, experience, living, marketing, healing, EGO, sex, love, energy, organization and development, training and more. Reader can start from any topic and for front and back, this gives complete freedom for the reader to pick a topic and read it. Topics are focused to the core of the issue or point and invite the reader to explore and experiment how it play in your life. This book is not a complete know it all book but an expression of my own self at those moments in my life, this makes this book alive for the reader to connect, relate and apply. I believe in action and this book is a step towards bringing my thoughts into action, there were feeling of anxiety about how I am going to finish, stuckness about what to write and how to express, delaying for some time to write, send for proof reading, seeking feedback from others. Mostly facing my internal self was not easy as many times I have thought to just leave and do what is comfortable for me, and then I realized that if I want to speak, train, demonstrate on something then I have to DO it. As a human carrying the roles as trainer, speaker, mentor coach, facilitator, spiritual seeker, friend, father, brother, teacher, fellow traveler I feel happy at this moment to find this book in your hands. I am sure this journey will make your personal and professional life meaningful. I invite you to explore experiment and apply.
