For the one who comes after

I have always felt things deeply, love, pain, joy, and heartbreak I get attached easily and when people leave, it leaves marks I can't explain writing this book became a way for me to make sense of everything I have held inside for so long. From being bullied in school to facing complicated relationships to silent, heartbreaks in friendship and struggles in my work and college life this is me turning all those moments into poetry. This book is not just about what I have been through. It's about what I have learned it's about healing. It's about strength and most importantly it's for my future daughter who doesn't even exist yet but lives in my heart. I imagine her one day reading this and understanding her mother a little moreand knowing that she is not alone in whatever she feels I don't want her to follow my footsteps. I want her to walk with awareness with love and courage. These pages hold my story, but they're also an open hand for her for you and for anyone who has ever felt broken and brave at the same time
