She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and specializes in HRM, strategic leadership, and organizational behavior. She has extensive expertise in academic administration, curriculum development, research, and mentoring. With over 25 publications, book chapters, and edited volumes, she has earned multiple Best Paper Awards and institutional recognitions, and actively contributes as a mentor, examiner, keynote speaker, and panelist at academic platforms.
