Mandip’s Smart Study

Subhadip Pandey is a dedicated education professional with a Master’s degree in English and a Bachelor of Education. He has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence and the holistic development of students. In recognition of his valuable contributions to the field of education, he has been honoured with the prestigious Padma Shree National Excellence Award. He began his professional journey as a Civil Instructor at the Boys’ Sports Company, ASC Centre, Bangalore, where he developed and embodied the values of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. Currently, he serves as a faculty member of English at Army Public School, where he continues to inspire young minds and foster a deep appreciation for language and learning.
