Sushma Khanna, after completing her M.A. in Psychology from Delhi University and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, is the former Director and Dean of EMPI-Business School, New Delhi. In spite of being a psychology student, she was always interested in literature since her childhood. She was very fond of writing since her childhood and many of her poems and short stories have been published in many magazines. She is a very sensitive and highly socially aware person. Though she is a psychologist and HR expert by profession, she is very passionate about poetry. She has written about human relations, social problems and evils, nature, women empowerment, etc. in a very simple and lucid manner.
