Simplest Approach to Time Value of Money

I am Chartered Accountant but teaching was my passion, so, I decided to get into academics and since last 16 years, I am into teaching field. I get my highest satisfaction when I am able to explain difficult finance concept in easiest way and at the same time students understand it completely. Same way, I have tried my level best to make Time Value of Money concept as easy as possible, so that, the CFP, CWM CFA students can easily apply it their professional career.
