Dr. Jyoti Ainapur is Associate Professor and Head of MBA Department at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Bidar, Karnataka. With 19 years of academic excellence and a Ph.D. from VTU Belagavi, she specializes in Finance and Marketing. Her distinguished career includes: 26+ research publications in Scopus and UGC-CARE/approved journals, 10+ conference presentations, and mentoring 250+ MBA projects. She has shared 8 books, contributed 15 book chapters, and led KSCST-funded research initiatives. She serves as a reviewer for the Asia-Pacific Financial Markets Journal and has been honored by the All India Management Association and colleges for her outstanding achievements in Educational Contribution and recognition for her exemplary role as IEEE Women in Engineering Volunteer Advisor. A thought-leader and active researcher in sustainability, she continues to inspire through her academic leadership and scholarly contributions.

Dr. Mahesh Kumar Mahandradappa is Associate Professor in the MBA Department at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Bidar, Karnataka. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Management from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University, Bhopal, specializing in Financial Management. With 16 years of teaching experience, he has 25+ Scopus and UGC-CARE journal publications, 20+ paper presentations in multiple prestigious conferences, and guided 250+ postgraduate projects. He has authored multiple papers and published books related to research and finance. He has received the Young Researcher Award (2022), and Researcher Excellence Award (2020). He serves as editor/reviewer in reputed journals and is a member of InSc and AIMS, contributing significantly to financial education and research.
