Bach Flower Remedies – from my heart to yours

Coming from a protected environment, being the youngest child, in a middle class service family, Aarti has always taken the bull by its horn, taking life head on and dared to dream. A survivor of a road accident that crushed both her feet, and that too, in a foreign land, she became aware of her true spirit and strength, as she brought herself out of it, despite multiple setbacks on health and career. Aarti has always been a healer and she used the lessons from these setbacks to help those who were not as mentally and emotionally strong. She became one of India’s first few BFRPs helping animals, children, elderly, corporate professionals and celebrities as they struggled through difficult parts of their lives, and helped them with the remedies. While she excelled at that, she also went on to become a Trainer with the Bach Centre and during the lockdown and beyond has successfully trained a few 100 people on Bach flower remedies making them into practitioners and galvanizing the movement as it were.
