FUNDAMENTALS OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

Vivek Agarwal is currently working as HOD (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Hindustan College of Science & Technology, Farah Mathura. He is pursuing a Ph.D. from Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University). He completed his M.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Systems from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut, Kerala, in 2010 and his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering in 2007 from Madhav Institute of Technology & Science (MITS), Gwalior. His areas of research include Control Systems, Power Systems, Electric Vehicles, and Solar Energy. Dr. Jay Kumar is a Senior Assistant Professor at RBS Engineering Technical Campus, Agra, with over 19 years of teaching and research experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, specializing in system order diminution using evolutionary techniques. His academic contributions include publications in reputed SCI/Scopus-indexed journals, book chapters, and several conference presentations. He has also published a patent on a “Sanitizing Dustbin” and guided funded student projects under the Council of Science & Technology, Uttar Pradesh. Actively involved in academic leadership, Dr. Kumar has organized national and international conferences, FDPs, and webinars. His research interests include VLSI design, IoT applications, control systems, and evolutionary algorithms. Dr. Kumar is a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), the Indian Science Congress, and the VLSI Society of India. Dr. Richa Kapoor is an Assistant Dean (R&D) and faculty member in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Hindustan College of Science & Technology, Farah Mathura, Agra, with over 22 years of teaching and research experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering specializing in Power Systems, along with a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Her research interests include Power Systems, Power Transformers, and Electric Vehicles. She has published several papers in journals and conferences and holds patents.
