Dipayan Das is associated with Nanobiology and Phytotherapy Laboratory, Department of Botany, University of North Bengal as Senior Research Scholar. He works in the field of application of nanoparticles towards crop improvement. He bears good research publication in National and International journals. He holds University of North Bengal first class first position in Masters of Science in Botany for the year 2014 (Gold Medalist) and first class second position in Bachelors of Science in Botany for the year 2012 (Silver Medalist). He has qualified CSIR-UGC NET Examination five times and West Bengal SET and GATE examination one time each. He was also provincially selected for DST-Inspire Fellowship (not accepted) for securing University first position.

Payel Paul serves as Senior Research Scholar at Taxonomy of Angiosperms and Biosystematics Laboratory, Department of Botany, University of North Bengal. She works in the field of plant systematics, palynology and molecular systemetics. She bears good research publication in National and International journals. She holds University of North Bengal first class second position in Masters of Science in Botany for the year 2014 (Silver Medalist). She was a recipient of Post-Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for the period of 2012-2014 and UGC- BSR Fellowship as JRF and SRF for the period of 2015-2020.
