Dr. Roopa Traisa A is an associate professor of OBHR at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), - Center for Management Studies for the previous 2 decades. She is currently heading the department for the BBA programme. Conducted research in the field of Organisational Psychology and published on Impression management, Emotional Intelligence, Psychology of Adolescence, Job Attitude, Dress Code in Workplace and so on. She is a certified mediator from BIMACC, Member of The Board of Examination at Surana College. Board of Studies member of St. Josephs Commerce College, and External Deputy Controller of the School of Commerce and School of Science, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). She has been a resource person at FDPs conducted in St. Don Bosco’s College. She has convened many conferences, workshops, seminars and conclaves in her career, guided students of graduation and post-graduation, and handled subjects of Commerce, Management and Psychology.

Mithun Kumar S is currently an Assistant Professor and Coordinator BBA- Sports Management, at Center for Management Studies Jain (Deemed-to-be University) Bengaluru. He holds Masters in Commerce, specializing in Finance and Accountancy from Bangalore University, cleared the Karnataka State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professorship. Pursuing PhD in Finance from Rani Channamma University, Belagavi. He has further completed Value Addition Courses in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurial finance.
His Research interests are majorly on Startup finance, Microfinance and talents in Micro Small and Medium Enterprises sector.

Prof Sunil R Hegde currently works as an Assistant professor in the field of General Management and Retail management at Center for management studies, Jain(deemed to be) university. He graduated with MBA from Mangalore University. He worked in corporate for almost 3 years and then he moved to teaching field. His areas of interest are Marketing management, Human resource management and Entrepreneurship development. He has rich experience in both corporate as well as teaching field. He thought general management subjects like Research methodology, Environmental science, International Relations.
He is a UGC NET and K-SET qualified professional. He has presented research papers in national and international conferences as well. He has authored few books titled “360 degrees of journalism”,
