Sri Bijoy K. Mahanti is a renowned legal expert with over 60 years of experience in tax and constitutional law, practicing before High Courts and the Supreme Court. He served as Advocate General of Odisha and President of the Orissa High Court Bar Association, playing key leadership roles. He significantly contributed to establishing the National Law University at Cuttack and represented India on an international delegation to the USSR. Passionate about Odisha’s social and cultural heritage, he also actively works to preserve its rich traditions.
