A recognized Lean Construction and Project Management expert, he holds global credentials from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Lean Construction Institute (LCI). Tony works closely with organizations in Asia and the Middle East, delivering consulting and training services to optimize processes, adopt advanced technologies, improve project controls, and overcome complex project challenges. Authorized to train for PMI-CP and CM-Lean certifications, he actively contributes to Lean Construction and Project Management communities, demonstrating his commitment to transforming construction project delivery and empowering industry professionals to achieve excellence.

Manoranjan Misra brings over 40 years of distinguished experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, and strategic project execution. As former Engineer-in-Chief & Special Secretary, Government of Odisha, he led transformative Infrastructure projects across highways, bridges, and Real Estate Projects for healthcare, education, and sports complexes, driving systemic impact and institutional excellence. He holds degrees from BITS Pilani, ISB Hyderabad, XIM Bhubaneswar, and NLU Delhi, blending engineering, management, law, environment, and AI. A PMP®-certified Fellow of IEI, he serves on IRC, IBC, and IE India councils.
