Dr. Charu Dhankar is an Assistant professor in Department of Psychology, Manipal University Jaipur. She teaches U.G and P.G students and supervises PhDs. She attended many conferences and chaired sessions at National and International conferences. She is a lifetime member of the 'Academy of Well-being'. Her area of expertise is Clinical Psychology, and she conducted research in Health and Abnormal Psychology.

Dr. Kriti Vashishtha brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan. Holding an M.A. in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Banasthali University, Dr. Vashishtha is deeply committed to academic excellence and student development. She has been awarded as ‘Manovigyan Seva Ratan Puruskar, 2024’. With a specialization in Child Psychopathology, Counselling, and Sports Psychology, Dr. Vashishtha's diverse interests extend to areas such as Social Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Behaviour, and Positive Psychology. She has edited a few books and authored “Mind Maze.”

Ms. Amber Kewlani is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Manipal University Jaipur. As a co-editor of this book on Organizational Behavior in Psychology, she has played a key role in content organization, editing, formatting, and coordinating with contributors and publishers. In addition to her editorial responsibilities, she has also authored a chapter in this book, showcasing her analytical and research-driven approach to organizational psychology and workplace dynamics. She has a keen interest in counseling psychology and psychiatric care, aspiring to work in clinical settings that focus on mental health rehabilitation. Beyond academics, Amber is passionate about public speaking, creative writing, and leadership roles, actively participating in university events and student organizations. Her core strengths include content curation, organizational skills, communication, and critical analysis, making her a dedicated contributor to both academia and the field of psychology.

Ms. Anushka Jain is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in psychology at Manipal University Jaipur. She has actively contributed to the field through editorial responsibilities, research, and organizational work. As a co-editor of this book, she has been responsible for content structuring, proofreading, formatting, and coordinating with publishers. She has also contributed a chapter to the book Social Lens, showcasing her analytical and research-driven approach to psychological and societal themes. Her previous professional experiences include working at a clinical psychology internship at Gautam Hospital and Research Centre, Jaipur and working as an intern in various NGOs for child and women welfare. Beyond academics, she is passionate about creative writing and public speaking, having participated in multiple literary and mental health awareness events. Her core competencies include content curation, task management, communication skills, and critical analysis.

Ms. Anveshaa Sahni is a dedicated second-year B.Sc. Psychology student with a deep passion for human psychology and mental health. Aspiring to build a career as a clinical psychologist, she consistently seeks to expand her knowledge by staying updated on the latest research and developments in the field. Her contributions to psychology extend beyond academics through editorial, research, and organizational work. As a co-editor of this book, she has played a pivotal role in content structuring, proofreading, formatting, and liaising with publishers. Additionally, she has authored a chapter in Social Lens, where she explores the psychological impact of witnessing abuse in childhood, demonstrating her commitment to understanding human behavior and mental well-being. Beyond her academic pursuits, Anveshaa is deeply passionate about creative writing, painting, and various artistic endeavours. Her strengths lie in her creativity, strong management abilities, and exceptional leadership skills, making her a well-rounded and driven individual.
