Antonia is a passionate educator and master trainer with over 1,000 training programs conducted across hospitals, schools, and corporate healthcare systems. Her sessions integrate evidence-based clinical frameworks with life skills, healthcare communication, leadership, and psychological resilience. Drawing on Logotherapy, CBT, REBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and NLP, she brings deep insight and emotional intelligence into every interaction. She is the first Indian nurse to graduate from the ISQua Fellowship and a proud recipient of the Florence Nightingale State Award for excellence in nurse administration. Antonia has represented India as a trainer for WHO-GFATM and Sukshema projects, and she continues to speak at National and International healthcare fora as a Coach, Knowledge Partner and Mentor for Teens and Nursing Professionals.
