Dr. Avali Banerjee is an accomplished academician and researcher with a Ph.D. in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from MAKAUT (West Bengal University of Technology), India, awarded in 2020. She currently holds the position of Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Kolkata. With a rich professional career spanning over 15 years in academia and more than a year of industry experience, she has made significant contributions in both educational and corporate sectors. Previously, she has served as Lecturer at G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur, and as Manager of Hardware Production at Agape Inc., Nagpur, gaining valuable insights into industry practices and applications. She has successfully led a Minor Research Project as Principal Investigator, sponsored by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India, under the prestigious MRP Scheme. Her research credentials are further strengthened by 1 granted patent and 6 published patents, alongside the publication of 2 academic books. She has authored and co-authored over 70 high-quality research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. Her commitment to academic excellence and global exposure is evident from her participation in international knowledge transfer training programs in China and Malaysia. In addition, she has actively participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs, International Conferences, National Seminars, and Workshops, continually enhancing her professional competencies. Her research interests encompass a diverse range of cutting-edge technologies, including Electromagnetic Interference and Compatibility (EMI/EMC), Microwave Engineering, Antenna Design, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Python Programming, and AWS Cloud Computing.

Madhurima Sarkar is a dedicated educator and researcher in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology under the JIS Group of Institutions, Kolkata, India. With over 11 years of academic experience in various AICTE-approved engineering institutions and some years of industry experience and research experience, she brings valuable industry and research exposure to her role. She earned her M.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cryptography at IIIT, Kalyani. Her career includes experience as a Senior Design Engineer (E&I) in a reputed engineering design firm and previous academic position of Assistant Professor at ADGIPS (New Delhi), SKGI (Mankundu), and BCET (Durgapur). Madhurima Sarkar has contributed 12 research publications in peer-reviewed journals, IEEE conferences, and book chapters. Her academic interests include Information Theory and Coding, Communication Systems, EMI/EMC, Microwaves, Antennas, and Cryptography.

Soma Boral graduated from Haldia Institute of Technology (H.I.T.), which is affiliated with West Bengal University of Technology, India, in 2009 with an M.Tech in engineering (Electronics & Communication). Soma Boral is currently employed at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology in Kolkata, India, as an assistant professor of electronics and communication engineering. Before that, she served as lecturer in Calcutta Institute of Technology, Banitabla, Uluberia. She has more than 15 years of valuable experience of teaching in different AICTE approved engineering colleges. She has successfully completed Minor Research Project sponsored by University Grants Commission (UGC-MRP), Government of India under the MRP Scheme as Principal Investigator. 1 patent has been granted and 5 patents are published. 1 book is published. More than 35 research publications in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters and conferences. Participated in a number of national seminars and workshops, international conferences, and faculty development programs. Interest areas include embedded systems, AI, IoT, Ad-HOC networks, Python programming, and communication.
