Dr. Jyoti Ainapur is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Bidar, Karnataka, India. With over 18 years of teaching experience and 01 year in the corporate sector, she received Ph.D. & MBA degrees in Finance from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka State, India. She specializes in areas such as Banking, Financial Derivatives, HR & Marketing. She has published and presented research articles in National & International Journals and conferences and guided more than 150 MBA projects. Her expertise includes Management, Business Communication, Retail Management, Financial Management, and more. She has published a book on ‘Financial Derivatives‘ and serves as a reviewer for Asia-Pacific Financial Markets. She has received three awards/recognitions, served as a keynote speaker, and is a faculty advisor for the IEEE Women in Engineering chapter.
