Pranav Kumar is an R&D Development Manager with over 14+ years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked extensively on product lifecycle management (PLM), innovation enablement, and education-industry partnerships. As a passionate mentor and educator, Pranav has collaborated with academic institutions across India, conducting workshops, mentoring projects, and delivering sessions that aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice. A recipient of the Youth Icon Award and may others. Pranav have also received appreciation from NITI Aayog and Atal Innovation Mission for his contribution to academia, Pranav is also an advocate for lifelong learning and interdisciplinary collaboration. He leads various mentorship initiatives and actively contributes to the growth of student innovation programs. Pranav lives in Pune with his family. When he's not working on R&D or mentoring young minds, he enjoys reading, writing, and exploring the intersections of education, leadership, and social impact.
